Rebecca Minor, MSW, LICSW (she/they)
Founder of Prism Therapy Collective Individual Therapy, Parent & Identity Coaching
Rebecca Minor, MSW, LICSW (she/her/they) is a queer femme, clinician, consultant, and educator working at the intersection of parenting, gender, and sexuality. As a Gender Specialist, Rebecca partners with trans and gender-expansive youth through their journey of becoming and is a guide to their parents in affirming it.
Her professional journey into gender and sexuality began in 2007 and has since spanned from studying psychology and queer theory, working at esteemed institutions like McLean Hospital and as a research fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital, to acquiring a Masters Degree in Social Work at Boston University’s School of Social Work (BUSSW) as an Urban Practice Scholar.
M. Joyce-Anderson, MSW, LICSW (they/them)
Clinical Director, Individual Therapy, Identity Coaching
M (they/them) is a queer and trans clinician who specializes in supporting LGBTQ+ youth and adults. M particularly enjoys working with queer and trans clients who are in the process of exploring their identities or seeking a secure and affirming space to receive support and guidance, regardless of where they are on their personal journey.
M is uniquely equipped to support LGBTQ+ individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly in medical and mental health settings. Recognizing the profound impact of these experiences, M is dedicated to engaging in reparative work, assisting clients in healing, and reclaiming their emotional well-being.
Michelle Wasiuk, LMHC, ADHD-CCSP (she/her)
Individual Therapy, Executive Functioning & Identity Coaching
For the past decade, Michelle (she/her) has dedicated herself to understanding and supporting the unique journeys of individuals from various walks of life. Her vast experience spans across multiple locations, with a significant emphasis on acute care, addressing the needs of people across different age groups and objectives.
Michelle's commitment to inclusivity and individualized care is evident in her extensive training with reputable institutions such as the Transgender Training Institute, Open Sky, and MaMHCA. Michelle has also been an ally to many in their pursuit of affirming medical care, emphasizing her deep dedication to fostering genuine understanding and respect in her practice.
Pearl Weggler, MSW, LCSW (they/he)
Individual Therapy
Pearl is a trans and queer clinician with a Masters in Social Work and a background in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies. Pearl has extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ youth, from wilderness therapy to mental health settings including a therapeutic high school and McLean Hospital’s eating disorders center.
Their approach to clinical work is informed by non-pathologizing views, seeing nonadaptive behaviors as survival strategies within the context of generational and societal trauma. Pearl adopts an eclectic, relational approach that is both anti-racist and client-centered. They skillfully use a range of interventions tailored to each client’s individual needs and strengths, guiding them toward clarity and insight about their identities and aspirations. Pearl's deep understanding of the unique pressures faced by the LGBTQ+ community allows them to be an effective guide and support as clients explore who they are and what they want to become.
Kristina Pinto, EdD (she/her)
Neuropsychological Evaluations
Dr. Pinto earned her doctorate in human development and psychology from Harvard University and completed her clinical neuropsychology specialization at Suffolk University. She is also a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and has written and presented extensively on gender, culture, and mind-body health.
Dr. Pinto conducts comprehensive, patient-centered neuropsychological evaluations for individuals of ages 14 and older. She specializes in the cognitive and psychiatric challenges associated with ADHD, depression and anxiety, trauma, nonbinary and transgender identities, neurodegenerative conditions, and functional neurological disorders, such as nonepileptic seizures, intermittent paralysis, and subjective cognitive impairment.
