Prism Therapy Collective is committed to making our services accessible, even though we don't work directly with insurance companies.

If your insurance plan includes "out of network benefits," you may be eligible for partial reimbursement of your therapy costs. These benefits allow you to see a provider who isn't contracted with your insurance company and still receive some coverage. Typically, insurance companies reimburse between 50-80% of the session fees after you've met your deductible. It's a good idea to contact your insurance provider to understand your specific out of network benefits, as the amount reimbursed and the process can vary.

We’re more than happy to assist by providing all the necessary paperwork and guiding you through the reimbursement process, and are here to help make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our fees vary by service type and provider, and payment is due at the time of your session.
